Why QSR Seat exists
Fast casual and quick-service operators judge seating differently from full-service restaurants. The questions are blunt: how many seats fit in this plan, how many minutes does it take to clean them between rushes, and what does it cost to replace a torn seat in the third year? QSR Seat, a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture, was set up to answer those questions with furniture designed around them, not with dining-room furniture resold to a different market.
How we work
You send a floor plan and target seat count. We mark up the plan with booth runs, chairs and counter seats, flag aisle and accessible-seating issues we can see, and suggest where space-saving pieces add capacity. Then we issue shop drawings for every piece. Nothing goes into production until you approve them. Lead times are typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approvals, plus transit, and are confirmed in each quote.
For multi-unit operators and franchise programs, we keep approved drawings and finish specifications on file so later locations are built to the same standard, with site-specific lengths adjusted on the drawing.
The factory
We build in our own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China. Lecong is one of the world's largest furniture trading hubs, with frame makers, foam converters, vinyl and fabric suppliers, metalworkers and hardware specialists all close by. That concentration is what makes made-to-order practical at quick-service volumes: a custom booth length or a brand-color vinyl does not take months to source.
We are direct about where we build because it is the point. You deal with the people who draw and make the seating, pay for the product rather than layers of distribution, and change a booth length or a color without a chain of intermediaries. We ship export-packed by sea on FOB, CIF or DDP terms to the US and Canada.
Who we work with
Fast casual operators, franchisees, food hall developers, cafe groups and the dealers and designers who serve them. Typical projects range from a single location's seating package to a phased rollout across several sites.
Experience behind the line
The wider EASEN team has furnished hospitality interiors in China, including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. These are busy, high-turnover rooms where seating faces oil, steam and constant cleaning. QSR Seat applies that experience to the metrics quick-service buyers care about most.
