The Arc Rail is the warmer option in our quick-turn range: a solid-wood chair for fast casual concepts that want their dining room to feel more like a neighborhood restaurant than a food court. A curved hardwood rail wraps the back at shoulder-blade height, carried on a single black steel post, so guests get support without a tall back that clutters sightlines across the room.
Construction. Solid hardwood legs and seat frame in a walnut-tone stain with a hard-wearing PU lacquer; steel back post, powder-coated black; seat pad in high-resilience foam with contract vinyl (dark green in the photo), screwed on from below so it can be swapped in minutes when the cover wears.
Why the open back helps turnover. The low rail is easy to grab when staff reset tables, and the gap between rail and seat means crumbs drop straight through instead of collecting in a seam.
Where it works. Fast casual dining rooms, bowl and salad concepts, all-day cafes inside food halls, window rows.
Options. Wood stain, vinyl color, felt or nylon glides. Foam specified to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
Note. It is a wood chair and does not stack; for rooms that need to clear the floor nightly, choose a steel stacking model.
