A large table sitting half empty through lunch is a cost most fast casual rooms carry because they need it for a few groups at night. The Snap Modular Banquette removes that compromise. Each module is a complete 47 in (120 cm) banquette; two modules join with visible metal connector plates and two hex nuts to make a 94 in (240 cm) run, and separate again just as quickly.
How operators use it. Small tables in front of separate modules at lunch; modules joined and tables pushed together for groups in the evening or for catering pickups. The welts are aligned at the joint so joined modules read as one piece.
Construction. Plywood and hardwood module frames, vertical channel backs, high-resilience foam, contract vinyl or fabric. Metal connector plates and fixings; matched base heights so joined modules sit flush.
Where it works. Family-friendly fast casual, chains with mixed dayparts, and food halls hosting group bookings.
